Why solution-focused hypnotherapy?

The type of hypnotherapy that I practise is called solution-focused hypnotherapy (SFH) – and there are many reasons people prefer it to other approaches.
It’s forward-looking

No digging up childhood experiences or analysing regrets and wrong turns. While the past might have brought you here, we’re only interested in moving you onwards and upwards. Believe it or not, you don’t even have to say what your issue is for me to get rid of it – perfect for people with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

It’s fast

SFH works much quicker than other, more conventional approaches. Clients typically see great results after just a few sessions and feel completely better in 8-12 weeks – though sometimes more and sometimes less. Many phobias only take four sessions to remove, and smoking and vaping cessation can be tackled in one.

It feels amazing

As well as giving you the relaxation and rejuvenation of hypnosis, SFH is incredibly positive. You’ll talk about the things you enjoy, goals you want to work towards and what your ideal future looks like – then drift into a deep trance so your subconscious mind can make it happen.
